NORFOLK, VA – Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) awarded Seaward Marine Corp., Norfolk, Virginia, a nearly $15.3 million, firm-fixed-price contract for dredging at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story in Virginia Beach.

Work is anticipated to be completed by March 2027.

The maximum dollar value, including the base period and four option years, is $29,271,345. Fiscal year (FY) 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,000 will be obligated at the time of award to satisfy the minimum guarantee and will expire at the end of the current FY.
